Live sharing is not updating
Confirm Location is set to Always for Follow My Trip, keep the trip active, and make sure you have a network connection. Still stuck? Submit a support request with the share link and what you see on the map.
How do share links work?
Anyone with the link can open the live map or replay — no account required for viewers. Treat the link like a public URL.
Delete my account or data
Sign in and open a request with category Privacy / data, or use this privacy request link.
